No, we will not charge your credit card until the night of. We take your credit card information to secure the booking and in the case of late cancellation. The fondue experience is $45/per person and the evening experience is $125/per person. Various items can be added on using the order form.

Our rooftop dome is heated and cozy but this is an outdoor winter experience. Your server will open the door to come in and out during the experience and you will need to walk roughly 5 metres from the patio door to the dome. You will also have access to our rooftop fireplace which is great - but exposed. Dress in layers & bring a jacket.

The dome is heated and closes for comfort. We will not cancel for weather on a regular winter snowy or rainy day. If there are special advisories/snowfall warnings or hazardous road conditions we will reach out to determine if the experience needs to be rescheduled.

There is a section in the booking form that will ask for any allergies or intolerances and a section to provide any additional comments or requests. Our staff will reach out once we receive your booking. If substitutions are requested or required we will be happy to find a solution.

We will be taking appointment bookings for the dome. All food and beverage (by the pot) will be purchased ahead of time and prepared the day of, specifically for your booking. We require 24 hour notice if you need to cancel to reduce waste and lost revenue. If you cancel within 24 hours we will charge the credit card on file the full cost for four (4) guests which is our minimum booking.

Our dome experience is curated to be enjoyed with others and is recommended for 4-8 people. All menu items and product pricing are created with this in mind. Food is served family style and cannot be modified for a group of less than 4.
